Nearly New Uniform
We would like to thank you all for the generous donations of second hand uniform. Going forward we are going to ask only for LOGO jumpers and cardigans, PE kits and pink summer dresses. We are very tight for space to store the uniform and have plenty of trousers, pinafores skirts etc.
All about our PTA:
The PTA consists of a group of dedicated parents and supporters of the School, we arrange FUNdraising events for parents and children with the aim of raising money to benefit the School and provide activities for the staff, pupils and parents to enjoy together. With our help the School is able to purchase additional equipment which enhances the facilities available for our children. This additional support helps our children to maximise their potential whilst broadening the school environment. The PTA have supported the School by providing funds to improve Lunchtime facilities by enhancing the Playground facilities, we have assisted in increasing our IT equipment by purchasing iPods and interactive whiteboards, they are many other ways in which the PTA have helped whilst arranging out of School activities for parents and children alike whilst having fun.
We hold a variety of events across the School year, these include a Spring/Summer Fair, Christmas Fair, Quiz Nights, Discos, Year 6 Leavers’ Yearbook and Christmas Card and other collections. We also hold regular coffee mornings in aid of Charity and Nearly New Uniform sales.
Our aim as a PTA is to give financial support where it can make a real difference.
Our PTA are always grateful for the help received from the community, plus assistance by means of sponsorship from the local businesses. If you would like to know more about what we do then please seek out a committee member at one of the forthcoming events or contact the School Office.
We really appreciate all the help that we receive from parents, if you would like to join the ever growing PTA team, please contact the office or one of the friendly PTA committee.
